We are actively seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our processing team in West Mansfield, Oh as a Yard Jockey/Freight Handler. This position is responsible for safely shuttling full and empty trailers to and from various loading dock doors and supporting warehouse operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for safely shuttling full and empty trailers to and from various loading dock doors
- Follow USDA and FDA regulations
- Perform dock work at times when yard work is complete
- Efficiently and accurately stage trailers for loading and transport while ensuring proper temperature control
- Performs safety checks and inspections
- Complete paperwork such as customer orders, BOL and SOP
- Load/Unload trucks, stage product and move goods throughout facilities with care
- Secure shipments to prevent shifting and ensuring the safety of goods during transportation
- Fuel trailers as needed
- Communicate with other departments
- Assist in other areas as needed and performing duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in refrigerated environment, temperatures of 36°to 40° for duration of shift
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Move items manually or by using equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks and rider pallet jacks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time
