Bookkeeper

Part-Time Bookkeeper Needed – Weaver and Sons Excavation

Weaver and Sons Excavation is a growing, family-owned excavation company seeking a dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to help manage our day-to-day financial operations.

This position offers a flexible schedule and approximately 6–12 hours per week, making it ideal for an experienced bookkeeper looking for supplemental income or a flexible work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Invoicing and customer billing

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Sales tax reporting and filings

Monthly financial reporting

Job cost tracking and expense management

QuickBooks data entry and maintenance

Processing lien waivers and construction-related paperwork

Assisting with year-end tax preparation for CPA

Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

Experience with QuickBooks required

Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge

Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Ability to reconcile bank and credit accounts accurately

Knowledge of sales tax filings and reporting requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

AIA billing experience is a plus

Experience in construction bookkeeping is a plus
