What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event/Field Account Executive position at Weave?
The Event/Field Account Executive is responsible for traveling to various sized Weave trade shows throughout the year. The Account Executive is expected to set up exhibit booths, sell prospects on the floor, gather leads to work back in the office in between events. Current customer upsell opportunities will also be available while at the events.

- This position can be fully remote or can be hybrid at our Lehi, UT HQ with frequent overnight travel required
- Reports to: Director of Event Sales
- Attend 2-3 trade shows and seminars per month with various sizes. Tasks include booth setup, signing up prospects at events (Sold at Show), gathering leads (EQLSs) for follow-up, and assisting current customers met during events.
- Maintain targets for sales made at shows, conversion rates, and meeting or exceeding EQL/sold-at-show objectives specific to each event.
- Efficiently manage all EQLS/Sold at Show opportunities to meet SLAS (Sales Lead Acceptance Standards).
- Attend weekly team meetings and meet daily performance and effort standards.
- Booking Travel for Future Events
- Must be willing to travel. This role will involve overnight trips a minimum of 2-3 times per month
- Experience in trade shows or in-person customer/prospect interactions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel with, set up & tear down booth materials (backdrop, table, decor, demo equipment)
- Professionalism representing Weave in the field
- Event-based sales experience
- SaaS Sales experience
