Robot Operator: Night Shift

About the role

Weave is hiring a full-time night shift Robot Operator to support data collection that improves robot autonomy for household tasks such as laundry folding.

This role is centered on reliable, high-quality robot operation. You will use teleoperation systems to control Weave’s robots remotely, helping them locate, pick up, and manipulate clothing and other household items. You will also assist with basic computer-based workflows that support data collection and keep systems running smoothly.

We will train you to operate the robots. The strongest candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with focused, repetitive work that requires consistency and good judgment.

What you’ll do

• Operate Weave’s robots using teleoperation equipment during evening and overnight shifts
• Help robots perform household tasks such as locating clothing, folding laundry, and picking up objects
• Support high-volume data collection with accuracy and consistency
• Perform simple computer-based tasks related to robot operation and workflow support
• Monitor systems and equipment to ensure safe, continuous operation
• Adapt to changing daily tasks, environments, and setups

What we’re looking for

• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
• Ability to work independently for long stretches of time
• Comfort with repetitive, operations-focused work
• Good judgment in fast-changing environments
• Basic computer comfort and ability to handle simple technical workflows
• Ability to operate Weave’s equipment for 4 hours at a time, with breaks
• Reliability and willingness to work evening/overnight hours
