- Understanding the importance of fast, efficient and friendly service, 100% Guest Satisfaction
- Taking pride in his/her appearance while adhering to Weathervane Seafoods’ Dress Code
- Showing excitement and enthusiasm
- Demonstrating great salesmanship
- Using the POS system effectively
- Complying with responsible alcohol service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
- Cash handling
- Exhibiting teamwork
Qualifications:
- Some High School
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred, but willing.
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Commitment to 100% Guest Satisfaction
