Responsibilities:
- Give a warm welcome to every guest either in person or on the phone
- Manage the wait list during high volume in an energetic environment
- Address guest concerns with guidance from the Manager on duty
- Receive, process and complete take-out orders to guest’s satisfaction.
- Please every guest 100% of the time with efficient and friendly service.
- Take pride in your appearance while adhering to our standards
- Exhibit teamwork, excitement and enthusiasm each and every day.
Qualifications:
- Some high school
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Willing to train and open to coaching
- Commitment to 100% guest satisfaction
- Works well in a team focused environment
