Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Project Manager/Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will utilize your expertise in construction estimating and project management to effectively negotiate contracts and manage costs while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project estimates.
- Conduct thorough site assessments to gather necessary information for accurate pricing and budgeting.
- Manage all phases of roofing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet project specifications.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while implementing cost control measures.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, including financial performance and any potential risks or issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on construction sites.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial roofing project management or estimating is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Bluebeam is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Solid understanding of cost control measures and pricing strategies in the construction industry.
- Prior experience working on construction sites is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Projected Total Compensation: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
