Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, located in Sellersburg, IN. The selected candidate will assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include evaluating speech and language deficits, developing treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes. Documentation and progress reporting will be essential components of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy, Speech correction, and Dysphagia management
- Strong understanding of Communication and Language Disorders
- Proficient assessment, planning, and therapeutic intervention skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
- Experience with pediatric populations is highly desirable
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
