Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sellersburg, IN, for a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant. The Physical Therapist Assistant will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to assist in the implementation of treatment plans tailored to meet patients’ specific needs. Responsibilities include providing hands-on physical therapy services to support patients' rehabilitation, assisting with therapeutic exercises, and documenting patient progress. The role also involves promoting quality patient care through effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and families.

Qualifications

• Possess skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques to ensure effective treatment delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Quality Patient Care, addressing individual needs with dedication and attention.
• Knowledge of Orthopedics and experience in supporting diverse patient diagnoses is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with caregivers, team members, and patients.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Indiana.
• Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
