This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Sellersburg, IN. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy services for pediatric clients to improve their functional abilities and promote independence. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, families, and caregivers to develop and execute tailored treatment plans. The Occupational Therapist will provide direct patient care, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records for each client to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices, with knowledge of pediatric therapy interventions
- Understanding of rehabilitation techniques and medical principles related to therapy
- Strong communication skills to engage with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members effectively
- Demonstrated experience or passion for working in Pediatrics
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist and/or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indiana
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
