Experienced Window & Door Installation Crew Needed
WeatherGard, a trusted name in the industry for nearly 40 years, is expanding! We are expanding our markets and are looking for a skilled window and door installation crew to join our team.
Immediate Opportunity:
We need an experienced crew that can measure job sites in Mt. Pleasant a few days per week starting immediately. For the next several months, as our custom windows are being manufactured, your crew will also handle installations in Grand Rapids or Metro Detroit.

What You Need:
- Reliable Crew – Must have at least 2 installers
- Tools & Equipment – Box truck or trailer, brake, and full tool set
- Measuring Skills – Ability to take precise job site measurements
- Insurance – $1M General Liability Policy
- Lead Certification & Valid Driver’s License
- 3 Years of Window/Door Installation Experience
Responsibilities:
- Install windows and doors according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting and door hanging tasks as required.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a valid driver's license for transportation to various job locations.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
