Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily operations and safety meetings, including toolbox talks and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
- Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, presentable conditions
- Monitor and analyze data to recommend optimal services and solutions
- Perform comprehensive job planning, tool preparation, mobilization, and execution
- Provide 24-hour availability to respond to customer needs
- Test, operate, and maintain tools according to established procedures
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Follow up on equipment failures and contribute to Root Cause Analysis reports
- Perform engineering calculations and data interpretation as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 - 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and/or hydraulics
- Strong mathematical and basic physics/chemistry knowledge
- Computer proficiency
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and decision-making skills
- Service-oriented mindset with strong quality control focus
- Physical capability to perform required field tasks
