Job Purpose
As a Sales Representative, you will leverage your extensive product and operational expertise to strategically sell specialized tools, technologies, and services within your assigned Segment portfolio. You'll serve as the primary technical resource for clients, delivering high-value consultations at their locations, whether at rig sites, warehouses, or workshops. This client-facing role requires you to identify and develop cross-selling opportunities across Segments while executing the agreed sales plan to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.

Provide expert technical consultation and product knowledge to clients at their operational locations
Own the complete field sales lifecycle process from prospecting to closing
Generate and achieve annual revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution
Identify and address revenue gaps through proactive opportunity development
Collaborate with Technical Sales Manager on quarterly account plan reviews and sales strategies
Deliver positive commercial results through effective negotiation that enhances margin performance
Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-selling opportunities across product lines
Utilize sales technology platforms (SFDC.com, XAIT-Porter) consistently and effectively
Evaluate technical specifications with clients and gather actionable feedback
Coordinate with internal resources to resolve customer issues and maintain service quality
Identify and mitigate business risks in partnership with management
Actively participate in Weatherford's Quality Management System compliance and improvement
Gather and relay competitive intelligence to appropriate product line stakeholders
Report on market pricing, product performance, marketing materials, and competitor activities
Identify opportunities for new products and services based on customer needs
Maintain effective communication channels with all internal and external stakeholders
Complete comprehensive sales training including product line knowledge, financial acumen, negotiation skills, and customer service excellence
Participate in cross-product line education to expand technical expertise
Engage regularly with management to discuss performance and development opportunities
Demonstrate leadership and ethical behavior that aligns with Weatherford's values and standards
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of Weatherford or industry technical/operational experience
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire and apply technical product knowledge
Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
Proficiency with sales technology platforms and CRM systems
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Travel Requirements
This position requires domestic travel of 10-20% of work time.
