• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm -- flexible 4 or 5 day schedule
• Follow-up patients -- 20 - 30 minute visits
• Outpatient oncology clinic setting
• Practice includes 4 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
• Optional remote call coverage available for nights and weekends
• 60/40 split between medical oncology and hematology follow-ups
• Practice expansion opportunity
