- Mon - Thu: 7 am - 7 pm hospital coverage; Fri - Sun: call
- Weekday call: 7 pm - 7 am; weekend call: Fri 7 am - Mon 7 am
- Low call-back percentage
- Weekend rounding -- 8 - 9 patients Friday and Saturday
- 5 new consults per week; daily rounding on 3 - 4 patients
- 100% adult inpatient population
