- Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm clinic or 7am - 4pm OR
- Call rotated typically 1:3 schedule
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Clinic and surgery days with specific procedures
- Hospital privileges required
- Minimum 6 - 12 month commitment required
- Option to extend for 4 additional years
- Malpractice covered by locums agency
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
