- 24-hour in-house shifts 8am - 8am, 7 shifts per month
- NICU census 5 - 7 babies, newborn nursery 20 - 25 babies
- Level 2 NICU facility
- Thoracentesis, intubation, umbilical catheter procedures required
- Case logs required for all procedures within last 2 years
- NRP certification required
- Hospital privileges required
- 90-day credentialing period for new providers
