We are seeking a dedicated Consultant to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with opportunities for remote work. The Consultant will collaborate with healthcare organizations to identify staffing needs and develop tailored solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing workforce challenges, providing data-driven recommendations, and managing the end-to-end process of staffing engagements. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to CHG Healthcare’s mission of supporting high-quality patient care through innovative workforce solutions.
- Understanding of healthcare workforce solutions, client relationship management, and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building strong client connections
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, reporting, and interpretation for informed decision-making
- Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions, such as workforce management and credentialing tools, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment while maintaining productive collaboration across teams
- Experience with or knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
