- Tuesday - Thursday, 7 am - 5 pm -- 10-hour shifts, no call
- 12 - 14 patients per shift
- SNF and long-term care facility -- on-campus shifts only
- Dedicated APP support provided
- Geriatric and medically complex patient population
- Palliative care, dementia, and frailty management required
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Ongoing assignment
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
