Job Description
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Driver / Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will safely transport crew members, tools, and materials to job sites using non-CDL company trucks, while working alongside the team on site waterproofing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and drive non-CDL trucks to and from job sites across New Jersey.
- Assist in manual labor tasks, including site preparation, excavation, waterproofing system installation, and clean-up.
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and heavy materials.
- Work collaboratively with team members and site supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Driver’s License: Valid and clean New Jersey Driver’s License required.
- Driving Experience: Proven experience driving non-CDL box trucks or medium-duty commercial vehicles.
- Work Authorization: Must have legal status to work in the United States.
- Trade Experience: Prior experience in construction, masonry, excavation, or waterproofing is a strong plus.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and a strong work ethic.
- Teamwork: Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
