What are the responsibilities and job description for the Microsoft Dynamics & IT Systems Administrator position at Weather Shield Roofing Systems?
Weather Shield Roofing Systems is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics & IT Systems Administrator to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, manage internal IT systems and vendors, and spearhead our use of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot. This individual will serve as a bridge between technology and operations, ensuring our digital tools and infrastructure run smoothly while continuously seeking innovative ways to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administration & Development
- Configure and manage user permissions, roles, and security settings
- Provide daily support to internal users across departments
- Collaborate with department leads to align D365 usage with company Rocks/goals
- Handle first-stage development (low-code/no-code), testing, and bug fixes
- Work with external vendor partners for higher-level development needs
- Stay current on Microsoft updates, release notes, and best practices
- Create SOPs, user guides, and training documentation
AI & Microsoft Copilot Integration
- Identify ways to leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI tools within the D365 and broader Microsoft 365 environments
- Develop and implement agents for data analysis and workflow automation
- Deliver regular training sessions for team members on AI tools and applications
- Stay up to date on advancements in AI and machine learning relevant to our systems
IT Systems & Vendor Management
- Act as Microsoft 365 Tenant Admin: user setup, license assignments, audits, and compliance
- Manage vendors including Applied Innovation (IT support) and RingCentral (phone systems)
- Oversee procurement, setup, and maintenance of employee hardware and software
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes (devices, accounts, keycards, etc.)
- Approve and track IT-related invoices and projects
- Manage company security systems (Unifi cameras, keycards, PINs) and holiday scheduling
Required Skills & Qualities:

- Experience in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Admin or similar role

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Admin or similar role
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps (the phone app) and Power BI), low-code/no-code tools, and Microsoft Copilot
- Microsoft Certifications (preferred):
- Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
- Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and IT vendor coordination
- AI/NLP or machine learning knowledge is a plus
