Responsibilities
- Observe and monitor patients’ conditions during consultations and treatments to identify changes or concerns.
- Assist chiropractors with routing patients and delivering modality therapies, including EMS, decompression and shoxkwave treatment.
- Support acute pain management strategies by preparing treatment areas and assisting with trigger point therapy and other therapeutic techniques
- Maintain accurate records of patient care activities, including documentation of physiologic responses and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care, including understanding medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and the use of medical imaging when necessary.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to accurately support clinical procedures.
- Proficient in patient observation, assessment of supportive chiropractic treatment.
- Experience with pain management techniques such as trigger point therapy and acute pain relief methods.
- Ability to perform patient care tasks with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures clearly and supporting patient education.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop effective care plans.
