About the Role
Wear Your Comeback is seeking a Tour Coordinator to support the Chicago stop of the Built From Brokenness youth empowerment tour. This role is perfect for someone passionate about community impact, youth engagement, and event coordination who wants to grow their experience in a real, high‑energy environment.
You’ll help bring a powerful youth event to life — focused on resilience, creativity, and comeback culture. Travel opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating outreach
- Support venue communication and event detail confirmations
- Help build and update the run‑of‑show
- Track panelist and partner confirmations
- Organize event materials and creative station supplies
- Provide on‑site support during the event (check‑in, volunteers, flow management)
- Assist with marketing coordination and sharing promotional assets
- Assist with hotel and flight booking confirmations.
- Premium Wear Your Comeback merchandise
- Resume‑building experience coordinating a real youth empowerment event
- Letter of recommendation upon successful completion
- Priority consideration for future paid tour opportunities
- Paid flights and lodging
- Networking opportunities with community partners, youth organizations, authors, creatives, and event professionals
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about youth empowerment and community impact
- Organized, reliable, and strong communicator
- Comfortable coordinating logistics and managing multiple moving parts
- Experience in events, youth programs, or project coordination is a plus — but not required
- Students or early‑career professionals encouraged to apply
Pay: $19.45 - $21.42 per hour
