What are the responsibilities and job description for the Region Head of Capital Raising & Partnerships position at Wealthrone Capital?
Wealthrone Capital is seeking a driven and well-connected Country Head of Capital Raising & Partnerships to lead all aspects of our hedge funds' expansion in New York. The role is suitable only for an extremely entrepreneurial individual who is willing to take full ownership of the territory, covering fundraising, brokerage platform partnerships, and licensed distributor collaborations.
This is not a job - it’s a true partnership. There is no base salary or retainer. You will be the exclusive regional partner, owning the entire market, receiving a share of all revenues generated in your territory (management fees performance fees).
We are looking for only one person per region - one superstar with a proven track record who gets things done.
The position is remote. When operations in the region grow, together we may decide to get an office and hire a team under your organization.
Your Mission:
- Partner with licensed distributors / placement agents to access their network of investors
- Establish collaborations with brokerage platforms to maximize investor access, and start working with wealth managers operating on these platforms
- Leverage your network of HNWIs, family offices, funds of funds, and institutions to raise capital for our hedge funds
You Have:
- A proven track record in fundraising, capital introduction, or investment distribution
- A strong existing network of investors & financial institutions
- Experience working with brokerage platforms and/or licensed distributors
- A deeply entrepreneurial character, used to taking full ownership and operating independently at a senior level
