JOB DESCRIPTION & BENEFITSThe Client Service Associate will be responsible for general client services, scheduling, and administrative support to both the Lead and Associate Advisors of a Wealth Management Financial Firm. The candidate for this position should be capable of working in a dynamic work environment with a strong attention to detail and a motivated attitude for problem-solving. This individual will be required to work both independently and alongside other assistants while under the direct supervision of the Lead Advisor and Office Administrator.WealthCrest Financial Services, LLC provides a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and accrued time-off for this full-time, hourly paid position.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESClient Services− Greet and receive incoming clients. Maintain the reception area and conference rooms.− Handle incoming communications, to include physical mail, emails, phone calls and messages. − Record and direct inquiries/requests in order of priority and provide actionable recommendations according to the Advisors’ availability.− Maintain up-to-date client information records to include data entry and filing.Administrative Scheduling− Maintain the Lead Advisor’s work and personal calendars as directed and in coordination with other calendars as deemed necessary.− Proactively schedule meetings and provide reminders for the Lead Advisor’s clientele.− Demonstrate and execute proper rationale when arranging or making changes to meetings with clients, prospects, vendors, consults, event coordinators, et al. on the Lead Advisor’s calendar.− Complete other related tasks as assigned. (e.g. booking reservations and accommodations)Administrative Support− Become knowledgeable and adhere to the Firm’s policies and procedures, which are modeled after requirements made by lawmakers and industry regulators.− Become knowledgeable and adhere to Brokerage and Custodian policies and procedures when generating, submitting, and processing paperwork for new accounts and accounts maintenance.− Perform filing/record keeping procedures and assist with industry compliance practices as directed.− Attend all team meetings, record meeting minutes, and keep Lead and Associate Advisors informed of the status of tasks, projects, and scheduling.− Send and record client correspondence as directed (Birthday, Holiday, Sympathy, etc.)− Perform other tasks as assigned by the Lead Advisor and Office Administrator.JOB REQUIREMENTS▪ Must have a satisfactory background check.▪ High School Diploma (College Education preferred)▪ 4 years’ experience in client services and/or administrative support.▪ Professional level written and verbal communication skills.▪ Aptitude for mathematical computation and reasoning.▪ Intermediate level literacy with computers and software technology.▪ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows OS.▪ Financial industry experience preferred, but not required.Must have own transportationJob Type: Full-timeBenefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, Paid time off, Health Stipend, Tuition reimbursementEducation: High school or equivalent (Required)Experience: Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 3 years (Preferred)Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timeAbility to Commute: YesSpringfield, VA 22150 (Required)Work Location: In person
