Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in financial services with a demonstrated track record of building a successful personal practice
- Active Life and Health License required
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support for licensing available)
- Strong history of client development, financial planning, and relationship management
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others and building cohesive teams
- Business-driven and growth-oriented mindset, with a focus on strategic planning
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required

Salary : $150,000 - $195,000
