The OpportunityWe are seeking a Managing Director who is both a producer and a builder—someone with a strong track record in financial services and proven experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
This role is designed for leaders who want to build their own practice while scaling an organization within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do- Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals
- Actively recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum 8 hires per year)
- Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability
- Maintain personal production across life insurance and annuity business
- Deliver holistic financial strategies to clients using a consultative approach
- Partner with internal specialists and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.)
- Create a culture of growth, professionalism, and client-first service
- Proven leadership and recruiting experience in financial services
- Strong production background (life insurance and/or annuities required)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and scale a business
- Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent
- High level of professionalism, drive, and accountability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
