Position Description:
As a Paraplanner, you will step into an instrumental role supporting the daily operations of a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented financial planning practice. Working closely with a financial advisor, you will provide high‑quality client relationship support by managing, gathering, and analyzing client data; assisting in the preparation of preliminary financial plans and client deliverables; and helping resolve client needs. This role also involves coordinating projects, managing routine workflows, assisting with meeting preparation and follow‑up, and responding to ad hoc requests. The paraplanner supports the day‑to‑day execution of financial planning activities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations. Responsibilities may evolve over time to meet the changing needs of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide client relationship support by gathering, organizing, and analyzing client data.
· Assist in preparing preliminary financial plans, reports, and other client deliverables.
· Participate in client meeting preparation and follow‑up.
· Support portfolio-related tasks including equity selection and transactions.
· Work directly with clients to resolve questions, concerns, or service issues.
· Coordinate, track, and support ongoing and ad hoc projects.
· Assist with practice management duties and routine business operations as needed.

Position Functions:
60% Support - Investments, Operational, and Administrative
• Participate in client meeting preparation, including agendas, onboarding materials, and follow‑up tasks.
• Assist with equity and fund research, selection, and related reporting.
• Support trading activities and transaction processing in coordination with advisors.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM, planning software, and internal systems.
• Manage routine and ad hoc projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate paperwork, applications, and compliance‑related documentation.
• Support practice management needs to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Prepare portfolio review packets and investment‑related materials for client meetings.
• Develop portfolio and robust product solution recommendations that align with the client’s risk tolerance and time horizon, and prepare appropriate product deliverables

• Maintain client contact throughout the financial planning process; answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, as requested and as allowable, related to servicing their accounts
• Review and update client information in preparation for client review meetings
• Attend and participate in client meetings as needed

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in financial planning principles, investments, and personal finance.
- Candidates who currently hold, are actively pursuing, or are open to obtaining the following securities licenses are strongly encouraged to apply:
· SIE – Securities Industry Essentials® Exam
· Series 7 – General Securities Representative
· Series 66 – Uniform Combined State Law
- 2 years relevant financial industry experience or internship in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services.
