Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Buffalo, NY for a Communications Associate. In this role, you will develop and distribute social media posts, press releases, manage strategic communications, collaborate on marketing projects, and ensure the success of various initiatives. Responsibilities include writing, overseeing communications strategies, and supporting project management tasks that align with the organization’s mission of serving clients through tailored financial services. A background in MIS would be a plus.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in writing, including strong skills in creating compelling social media posts & press releases
- Expertise in communication and strategic communications to effectively convey key messages
- Experience in project management to execute and oversee various initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in financial or professional services and MIS is a plus
