What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Director position at Wealshire?
The Wealshire, dementia/Alzheimer’s care facility, is looking to employ a FT experienced Certified Dietary Manager at their Medina care Facility. It is required that applicants must have the CDM, CFPP credential.
Job Summary:
The Dietary Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day dietary operations of the kitchen, staff and the serving of 110 residents. Applicant must enjoy being a proficient cook, and be experienced with specialized diets, food ordering, kitchen sanitation, state inspections and be able to adhere to the established monthly budgets. Required Qualifications include:
- CDM, CFPP Credential
- ServSafe Certification
- Three (3) years of Culinary Management experience
- One (1) year or more of Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience
