Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated healthcare team at Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dresden, Tennessee. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and family members

• Follow care plans and facility policies

Full-Time Day Shift Schedule:

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Full-Time Position

• Every Other Weekend Rotation Required

CNA Qualifications:

• Current and active Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, healthcare, or senior care preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable attendance and dependability

• Ability to work assigned shifts and every other weekend
