Maintenance Technician
Overview
Rentals 180, LLC is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician. We are looking for an enthusiastic,driven person who enjoys being hands-on on a fast paced environment.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with company policy.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Vehicle
- Experience In Painting
- Experience In Installing Floors
- Experience With Drywall Repairs
- Experience Replacing Water Heaters
