What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Cleaner position at We Wash Windows?
We Wash Windows is hiring full- and part-time Industrial Cleaners to clean up client facilities around McPherson, KS! This is an entry-level role where you can learn crucial skills, gain hands-on experience, and positively impact every person who works in the buildings.
When you join us, you'll earn a starting pay of $14.50 per hour and are eligible for a $1.00 raise after your first 90 days! We also have great benefits like:
- Globe Life (accident and ICU) after 90 days
- PTO after 180 days
- Performance-based bonuses
You'll work evenings from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, you'll start earlier for special projects. Whether you're an experienced cleaning pro or an entry-level cleaner, there's a place for you on our team! Don't miss out; apply now!
DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- 16 years old
- Ability to lift 25 pounds while bending
- Personal smartphone you can use for work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Industrial cleaning experience would be preferred but isn't required for this entry-level position!
CAN YOU HANDLE THESE RESPONSIBILITIES?
As a full- or part-time Industrial Cleaner, you travel to various facilities during the evenings and work closely with your team to prepare the space for the next day. This includes restocking supplies, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and vacuuming designated areas. As you dust areas, sweep and mop the floors, clean toilets, and tackle other cleaning duties, you can take pride in creating safe, healthy, and pleasant working environments.
