What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at We Wash Windows Plus, Inc DBA ASI Facility Services?
We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform diverse property maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs to keep residential or commercial buildings safe and functional.
Tasks include:
- Troubleshooting issues
-Completing odd jobs
-Escalating complex tasks
-General Maintenance: Inspect properties to identify repair needs, complete repairs
-Perform minor electrical (switches, fixtures), plumbing (leaky faucets, drain issues), and HVAC (filter changes) work.
-Patch and paint drywall, install cabinets, and fix or hang doors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, or a related trade.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with hand and power tools and possessing a solid understanding of basic building systems.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and endure prolonged physical labor.
- Licensing: High school diploma/GED, & valid driver’s license
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
