- Starting Wage: $17.50 / hour
- 90-Day Raise: Increases to $18.50 / hour after a successful 90-day introductory period.

Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: Window cleaning and power washing operations.
- Evening Shift: Janitorial and industrial facility cleaning.

We are seeking motivated Cleaners to join our team for day-shift window cleaning/power washing, evening-shift janitorial work, or a combination of both. These are physical, fast-paced jobs that require attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety.What You Will Do:
- For Janitorial (Evening Shift): Perform deep cleaning tasks in industrial settings, including manufacturing floors, warehouses, breakrooms, and offices. Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, empty trash, and sanitize surfaces.
- For Window Cleaning & Power Washing (Day Shift): Clean interior and exterior windows, glass surfaces, and building facades. Utilize pressure washers and specialized tools efficiently and safely.
- Work comfortably on ladders or elevated platforms when performing day-shift exterior cleaning.
- Follow all company and client safety protocols, including the correct handling of cleaning chemicals and wearing protective gear (PPE).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete scheduled facility jobs on time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliability: You show up on time for your scheduled shifts, every day, ready to work.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods (including working outdoors for daytime roles).
- Hiring Prerequisites: Must be willing to undergo a standard background check and drug screen as part of the post-offer hiring process.
- No prior experience in janitorial or window cleaning is required—we will fully train the right candidate!
