Location: El Segundo, CA on a hybrid schedule (working from home 2 days per week). Remote applicants will not be considered.

Responsibilities
- Campaign Leadership: Leading high-level design and brand campaigns across both print and digital platforms, overseeing full 360 delivery for major product launches and key brand moments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with Global Zones to identify creative needs and provide strategic support, while managing project timelines and navigating multiple rounds of feedback.
- Art Direction & External Partnerships: Providing artistic direction for photo shoots, delivering constructive feedback in post-production, and collaborating with outside agencies to supplement cross-functional requirements.
- Team Mentorship: Mentoring and managing a team of internal designers while effectively communicating concepts through visual comps and interactive prototypes.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience is required, with a proven background in project management, creative leadership, and design concepting.
- Experience in the beauty and/or luxury industry is highly preferred.
- Education: A degree in Graphic Design and/or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge of design principles (typography, color theory, page layout) and advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), alongside basic Mac/PC troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating beauty-focused design thinking and a sharp eye for typography and trends.
