📦 Job Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
- Load bulk and boxed trucks
- Mix, crush, transport, and load raw materials into the hopper
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material‑handling equipment
- Perform accurate counts of incoming and outgoing materials
- Support production teams with material flow and inventory needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
