Starting at $14.10/hour while on probation

Job Overview
We are seeking a Driver / Maintenance Worker to join our team in the Charleston area. This role involves driving a dump truck for apartment cleanouts, hauling debris, maintaining grounds, and assisting with apartment turnovers. The ideal candidate will be dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License (CDL not required)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
Experience with outdoor equipment (mowers, weed eaters, etc.)
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong work ethic and willingness to assist in a variety of tasks
