We Are In Need Of :

Bethesda, OH | $19/hr | Temp-to-Perm

Join a crew installing materials across outdoor job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install materials in landscape environments
• Use hand tools and equipment (power washers, shovels, drills)
• Work outdoors in varying conditions, including heat and steep terrain
• Travel with crew as needed (hotel and per diem provided)

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday
• 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM (hours may vary)

Pay

• $19/hr starting rate
• Overtime available

Requirements

• Ability to travel overnight
• Able to read a tape measure
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and on inclines
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; pull up to 150 lbs
• Reliable and punctual (crew departs from shop)
• Willing to cross-train and work overtime

PPE Required
Steel toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, gloves
(No jewelry; uniform provided after evaluation)

We Are In Need Of :

Bethesda, OH | $24–$28/hr | Monday–Saturday

Support environmental and construction projects through safe driving and field assistance.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment
• Complete inspections and maintain DOT logs
• Follow all safety regulations
• Assist crews with staging and material handling
• Maintain professional conduct on job sites

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday
• 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM (hours may vary)

Requirements

• Valid CDL A or B with clean driving record
• DOT medical card
• Experience preferred (construction/environmental a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to travel, work overtime, weekends, and overnights
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen

Work Environment

• Local and regional travel, including out-of-state
• Outdoor construction and environmental job sites
• PPE required (provided)
