Position Titles: CDL Class A & B Drivers / Laborers & Crew Members
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime Available)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate:

• CDL Drivers: $24–$28/hour
• Laborers/Crew: $19/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to support construction and environmental projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, flexibility, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with travel.

Key Responsibilities

CDL Drivers:

• Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections
• Maintain logs, timesheets, and DOT documentation
• Assist with equipment staging and material handling

Laborers/Crew Members:

• Install materials and perform general labor
• Operate hand tools and field equipment
• Work in outdoor, physically demanding conditions

Requirements

CDL Drivers:

• CDL Class A or B & DOT Medical Card
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Willing to travel, work extended hours, weekends/overnights
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen

Laborers/Crew:

• Ability to work in heat, uneven terrain, and fast-paced environments
• Experience with tools/equipment preferred
• Willing to travel (hotel & per diem provided)

Work Environment & PPE

• Outdoor construction/environmental sites (local & travel)
• Early start times and long shifts
• PPE required: steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, hi-vis vest, gloves
• No jewelry | Uniforms provided
