Associate Vice President of Finance & Operations

We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to serve as Associate VP of Finance & Operations in Marietta OH. This role partners closely with the CFO to oversee budgeting, accounting, audits, and compliance while also supervising IT and Facilities. The position is designed as a succession path to the CFO role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial planning, reporting, and compliance.

• Supervise IT and Facilities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.

• Manage vendor contracts and external partnerships.

• Contribute to institutional strategy and special projects.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business, finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

• 5 years in accounting/finance with supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
