We Sell Houses Group is seeking a motivated, relationship driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing Albuquerque, New Mexico team.
This is an opportunity for a real estate professional who wants more than a traditional agent role. Our team combines residential real estate sales, homeowner relationships, real estate investment, off market opportunities, and investor connections, giving our agents exposure to multiple sides of the real estate industry.
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will work directly with buyers, sellers, homeowners, investors, and local professionals. You will build relationships, follow up with leads, generate new business, guide clients through transactions, and help identify opportunities that create value for both clients and the business.
You will have access to marketing support, CRM technology, proven systems, team collaboration, and real estate investment knowledge designed to help you build a sustainable and successful career.
What You'll Do
- Guide buyers and sellers through the residential real estate process from initial consultation through closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, homeowners, investors, industry professionals, and community partners
- Generate new real estate business through prospecting, networking, referrals, follow up, online outreach, and relationship building
- Respond to and consistently follow up with real estate leads using CRM and communication systems
- Conduct property consultations, market evaluations, showings, presentations, and client meetings
- Develop a strong understanding of the Albuquerque real estate market, including neighborhoods, residential trends, buyer demand, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service
- Collaborate with the team on traditional listings, buyer opportunities, cash transactions, off market properties, and investor relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM records and an organized sales pipeline
- Communicate consistently with clients and prospects through phone calls, emails, meetings, and other appropriate channels
- Develop long term relationships that lead to repeat business, referrals, and future opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Active New Mexico Real Estate License or a strong interest in obtaining one
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- A motivated, self directed, and goal oriented mindset
- Sales, customer service, business development, or real estate experience preferred
- Comfortable with prospecting, networking, lead follow up, and generating new business
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Strong problem solving and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, technology, and digital sales tools
- Coachable, adaptable, and willing to continuously learn
- Interest in both residential real estate and real estate investment is a plus
