Property Manager – LIHTC | Roxbury, MA
Salary: $75,000–$80,000 comprehensive benefits
I'm hiring an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a LIHTC apartment community in Roxbury, MA.
You’ll lead the site team, oversee daily operations and ensure the community remains compliant, occupied and well looked after. This is a proper leadership role for someone who knows affordable housing and LIHTC recertifications inside out.
What you’ll do:
- Lead daily site operations and supervise office and maintenance teams
- Manage LIHTC compliance, certifications and recertifications
- Drive occupancy, leasing activity and resident satisfaction
- Prepare budgets and manage performance against financial targets
- Handle resident relations, escalations and day-to-day site issues
- Coordinate maintenance, administration and compliance activity
What you’ll need:
- 5 years of property management and supervisory experience
- LIHTC recertification experience is essential
- Knowledge of affordable housing and federally assisted programmes
- Strong budget, resident relations and team-management skills
- Organised, self-motivated and confident juggling priorities
- OneSite experience is a plus; Microsoft Office proficiency required
