Job Opportunity:
We're seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and compassionate individuals to join our team as an evening lead coach!
Requirements:
- Age 18
- Availability to work week day evenings (starting at 1:30 and ending at 6:30/7:00) and at least 1 weekend shift each week
- Ability to engage with children and families in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 10 lbs stand for long periods
- Background check
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
- Wipe down play equipment, toys, and surfaces.
- Restock supplies and manage trash/recycling.
- Assist with play area supervision and maintenance.
- Hosting and engaging with Birthday Parties.
- With every party you work, there is a chance for tips!
- Support sensory-friendly activities and events.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Closing the gym at the end of shifts.
