We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartment communities in top shape. If you have experience with apartment turnovers, repairs, and building systems, and a truck or pickup, this could be the perfect fit.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Full-Time, On-Site
What You’ll Do
- Complete apartment turnovers and routine maintenance.
- Handle painting, unit turns, and general repairs.
- Perform basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, and any other maintenance needed.
- Respond to work orders quickly and professionally.
- Provide friendly, respectful service to residents.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of hands-on multifamily maintenance experience.
- Strong skills in painting, unit turns, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repairs.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and support the team.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test.
- Reliable transportation required (truck or pickup preferred).
