Summary:
As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor/Crew Chief demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
*Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
*Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided
*Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
*Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
*Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
*Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
*Coach and train restoration technicians
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License
Strong Work Ethic
Strong Verbal Communication Skills
Attention to Detail & Customer Service
Regularly lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking & standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, working in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics), repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working with and around chemicals, and working overhead.
Salary : $22 - $25
