Overview
The Property Preservation Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining and preserving residential properties. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess condition and identify necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Perform various maintenance tasks, including residential painting, welding, and electrical work.
- Utilize programmable logic controllers and ohmmeters for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics to execute repairs effectively.
- Manage facilities maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Skills
- Proficiency in programmable logic controllers and electrical systems.
- Strong welding skills with the ability to perform various types of welds.
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Experience in residential painting techniques and best practices.
- Supervising experience with the capability to lead a team effectively.
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus.
