Independently-owned boutique fitness studio, We Lift Heavy LLC, seeks experienced Certified Personal Trainers eager to quickly grow their own business by bringing their clients to train in our facility. We provide over 4,000 square feet of brand new state-of-the-art free weights and exercise equipment in a welcoming environment. You recruit and train your clients one-on-one in a clean, calm space.

Qualifications
- Current Personal Trainer Certificate (ie NASM, ISSA, NPTI, etc)
- Current CPR/AED Certificate
- Current Professional Liability Insurance
- 1-3 years of Personal Trainer experience preferred
- College degree preferred

Responsibilities
As a Certified Personal Trainer at We Lift Heavy LLC you will be responsible for recruiting and training clients one-on-one by developing a personalized fitness program and providing in-person instruction in our facility, motivating your clients reach their fitness goals.
Specific Job Duties Are As Follows:
- Professional demeanor: Punctual, respectful, responsible, and conscientious.
- Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment/free weights and personal training methods, recognizing clients’ potential and limitations.
- Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs., and safely and effectively demonstrating proper exercise form and technique.
- Training program development: Able to accurately assess clients’ capabilities, develop a safe and appropriate fitness plan, and modify plan to achieve clients personal goals.
- Knowledgeable about nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition, supplements, and healthy living practices.
- Motivated: Highly motivated to sell Personal Training services
