Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team in delivering exceptional in-home care. You will assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will be reliable and committed to providing excellent care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship by engaging patients in meaningful conversations and activities
- Observe and monitor patients’ conditions, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the office
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with safety and health standards
- Follow individualized care plans and instructions from nurses and management
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs as needed
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
