What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the full sales cycle — from sourcing leads to closing deals — and ensuring long-term customer success. Your focus will be on building strong client relationships and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Own and manage the entire sales process
✅ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
✅ Provide professional after-sales support
✅ Develop business plans to meet revenue targets
✅ Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
✅ Negotiate contracts and maintain sales documentation
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with our operations and legal teams
✅ Uphold our culture and values with every customer touchpoint
What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
✔ Fluent in English and Spanish
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Experience with CRM tools and sales documentation
✔ Must live in Los Angeles or the Bay Area
✔ This is a fully on-site role – remote/hybrid not available
✔ Valid work authorization in the U.S.
